EasyMech M3 MS Nyloc Nut is the special type of bolt used in the specific requirement where a nut needs to resist loosening under vibrations and torque conditions. Nyloc Nut also referred to as a nylon insert lock nut, polymer insert lock nut, or elastic stop nut. This elastic insert resists the turning back of Nut under vibrations and hi torque motions. Nyloc nuts can be used in the place where normal nuts will get loosen due to vibration or other similar factors

The Material used for this Nut is Mild Steel which is also known as low carbon steel and posses the property of corrosion resistance and durability. The plastic insert is placed at the end of the nut and its inner diameter is slightly smaller than the major diameter of the screw. The insert deforms elastically over the threads of the screw, but threads are not cut into the nylon. The nylon insert locks the nut by applying a compressive force against the screw. Nyloc nuts retain their locking ability up to 250 °F (121 °C).
