SVxx12-25xx High Junction Temperature SCRs
Littelfuse SVxx12-25xx High Junction Temperature SCRs feature a low gate current trigger level of 6mA or 10mA maximum at approximately 1.5V. The SVxx12-25xx SCRs operate at -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range and 600V voltage rating. These SCRs are used in applications such as phase control in heating, motor speed controls, converters/rectifiers, inrush current control, and capacitive discharge ignitions.
