Finding Shipping Cost:
Before placing the order customer can verify the shipping options & cost available for their region.To confirm the shipping cost , just add the items you would like to buy to your Shopping cart. Click on "Shopping Cart" link of the webpage.On "shopping cart" page you can the added products with its Total price .
Domestic Shipping (India):
We ship all our products through Courier (DTDC) . The customer can select shipping method on checkout.If customer selected shipping service is not available for that particular location (Very rarely) ,we will use the best possible shipping method to fullfill the order. Depending upon the weight and Destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. It takes normally 1-6 days to reach to any location in India.

Changing or Canceling An Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only )to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request.Only orders that are still in status "Pending" or "Payment Verification" can be alterd or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 2%-3% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Tenet Technetronics reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request. .
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been received by the customer. In case the items are not received, lost or damaged in transit, full amount will be refunded, if and only if shipping insurance was purchased while placing the order.

The refund amount is usually credited back to the customers account in 3-21 days time from the date of the initiation of cancellation.
Returns can be initiated only within 7 days of the items arriving at the customer address.
Returns can only be taken for items that arrive dead on arrival (100% refund or replacement), have faults in manufacturing (covered as per manufacturer guarantee or warantee if any) or if the wrong item was shipped (all expenses borne 100% replacement or refund).
If there is an error in ordering and the customer wants to return the items after receiving the product, then the shipping and/or restocking fee up to 50% will be applicable.
Items once opened or used cannot be returned, replaced or refunded, unless under any such explicit guarantee or warantee from the manufacturer or exporter at the time of reporting.
