The ATSAMD20-XPRO is an Xplained Pro evaluation kit that is ideal for evaluation and prototyping with the ATSAMD20J18A Cortex-M0+ processor-based microcontrollers. Extension boards to the SAM D20 Xplained Pro can be purchased individually. The ATSAMD20-XPRO evaluation kit does not include extension boards. The SAM D20 Xplained Pro supports the I/O1 Xplained Pro, OLED1 Xplained Pro, and PROTO1 Xplained Pro extension boards. The Xplained Pro extension kits offer additional peripherals to extend the features of the board and ease the development of custom designs. Supported by the Atmel Studio integrated development platform, the kit provides easy access to the features of the ATSAMD20J18A and explains how to integrate the device in a custom design. The Xplained Pro MCU evaluation kits include an onboard embedded debugger and no external tools are necessary to program or debug the ATSAMD20J18A.
